The Birth of Olympus Works:
From the Card Table to a Bigger Vision
It started at a card table...
I was dealing a hand, keeping the game moving, when I struck up a conversation with one of the players—a Real Estate Agent. He wasn’t like the others at the table. While they were focused on the game, he seemed distracted, like his mind was elsewhere.
"Long day?" I asked, shuffling the deck.
"You have no idea," he sighed. "I became a real estate agent to help people get into their dream homes and, if I'm honest, make a ton of money on my own schedule. I love my job but I have been missing leads while I'm showing houses because I never answer my phone while I'm doing that."
That caught my attention.

I knew about business systems, automation, and marketing. I’d been thinking a lot about how rbusiness owners struggle with all the moving parts.
What Mike was describing? That was a problem I could solve.
So I asked him, “What if there was a way to automate a lot of that? So you could focus on your clients instead of all the admin work?”
He looked at me like I had just handed him the winning card.
“If you could do that,” he said, “it would change everything. I'd probably close another deal every month even when I'm slow and way more when the market ticks up!”
That was the moment Olympus Works was born...
Not as a company yet, but as an idea. A solution waiting to be built. Now, I’m turning that idea into reality. I’m building a system that helps real estate agents streamline their businesses, automate their client interactions, and scale without burnout. Right now, it’s just the beginning—but I know that if Mike felt this way, there are plenty of others who do too.
Olympus Works exists to take the stress out of running a business so that people like Mike can focus on what they do best.
And it all started with a conversation over a deck of cards.
